All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Credit card and convenience fees will be applied at check out.

Fair Entry Gates
Gates are open 7 am till 9 pm Wednesday through Saturday and Noon till 7 pm on Sunday. Entry to the Fair will not be permitted after the gates close unless you have a camping or 4-H wristband. Check the website for any weather related updates to hours and events. Tickets are non-refundable.

Hate lines? We do too! Pre-purchased ticket holders go through the Fast Pass Lane at the gates. Make sure you have your QR code that was emailed to you.

Safety and Security
Our McLean County Fair safety & security program will include walk-through metal detectors at all fair entry gates. All bags, purses, strollers, etc. will be subject to search at each of the entry gates. Click here for details on allowed and prohibited items.

Grandstand Events
Fair general admission is required to attend a Grandstand event. Some Grandstand ticket prices include Fair Admission. Please review ticket details listed in each Grandstand event.

If you purchase a combo price Grandstand Event ticket, stop by the Ticket Office between 9 am and 5 pm to pick up your wristband. Then when the Grandstand opens, you can walk right in! Tickets can also be redeemed for entry to the Grandstand at posted time of opening for that event. Combo price Grandstand tickets are ONLY available online and cannot be purchased on site.

All tickets purchased and printed in person at the office are subject to fees. Call our office for exact costs.

Gates open 7 am - 9 pm Wednesday-Saturday. Children 5 & under are Free. Child is ages 6-12. Adult is ages 13 and up. Each ticket is valid for one-single entry to the Fair. No entry to the Fair after gates close. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Adult $10.00 Good for one single admission to the Fair for ages 13 and up. Ticket sales are non-refundable.

Child $6.00 Good for one single admission to the Fair for ages 6 - 12. Ticket sales are non-refundable.
