All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Credit card and convenience fees are reflected in the price of each ticket.

Fair Entry Gates
Gates are open 7 am till 9 pm Wednesday through Saturday and Noon till 7 pm on Sunday. Entry to the Fair will not be permitted after the gates close unless you have a camping or 4-H wristband. Check the website for any weather related updates to hours and events. Tickets are non-refundable.

Hate lines? We do too! Pre-purchased ticket holders go through the Fast Pass Lane at the gates. Make sure you have your QR code that was emailed to you.

NEW this year, Multi-day passes, ONLINE! Purchase a 5-day pass and come and go as you please every day of the Fair! Save the QR code to your phone and head through the Fast Pass Lane! Online sales for multi-day passes will close on Thursday July 24th.

NEW this year, West Gate will be cashless. Only pre-purchased tickets or credit card transactions will be taken. The North Gate will be cashless from open till noon, and then will accept cash till close. All other gates will accept cash from open to close.

Safety and Security
Our McLean County Fair safety & security program will include walk-through metal detectors at all fair entry gates. All bags, purses, strollers, etc. will be subject to search at each of the entry gates. Click here for details on allowed and prohibited items.

Grandstand Events
Fair general admission is required to attend a Grandstand event. Some Grandstand ticket prices include Fair Admission. Please review ticket details listed in each Grandstand event. Children 3 and under are free for Grandstand events.

If you purchase a combo price Grandstand Event ticket, stop by the Ticket Office between 9 am and 5 pm to pick up your wristband. Then when the Grandstand opens, you can walk right in! Tickets can also be redeemed for entry to the Grandstand at posted time of opening for that event. Combo price Grandstand tickets are ONLY available online and cannot be purchased on site. Sale of combo tickets and online purchase of Grandstand tickets close at 4:00 pm each day for that night's event.

All tickets purchased and printed in person at the office are subject to fees. Call our office for exact costs.
